[There's the sound of a door opening and then the rush of rose petals as Ruby makes her way downstairs using her semblance. It's less a high five and more a very dramatic mid-air tackle hug on her sister when she reforms but Ruby's pretty pleased with herself all the same.]

[ thankfully, they've pulled this move dozens upon dozens of times so yang's ready for the sudden weight slamming into her chest when ruby reforms, even using the momentum to swing her around. ]

There's my sister, [ have a noogie, ruby, ] the smooth talker! Congrats!

[Ruby kicks her feet as she's spun through the air before the eventually hit the ground. She only hugs her sister all the tighter.]

That's me, taking victory from the jaws of defeat.

You're talk helped a whole lot though. Thanks for helping calm me down about all that.

Part of my sisterly duties is hyping you up and calming you down so you can take anything on. No thanks needed, especially not when you're the one who did the hard work! [ she squeezes her once and steps away, her wide grin now conspiratorial. ]

Now, tell me everything! What'd she'd say, what'd you say, when are you bringing her over for dinner....

Yeah, I guess. But I'd really like it if you took some of the credit! I couldn't have done all the hard work without my number one hype sister!

[She finds her way over to the couch once she's done being squeezed by her sister.]

Oh-Well! I mean I called and apologized about it- And she said it wasn't really why she ran off-

And kind of implied she uh-You know-had feelings and stuff.

So naturally I took it really cool-

No, I totally kind of freaked out and sent her jumbled texts like a pro.

So uh... She asked me to come over to her place.

And I did-And we kind of talked about it and decided we'd give it a try.

The whole girlfriends thing. It was-It was nice. I felt natural and fun. She's fun.

And I guess whenever you want I can invite her over.
